How to Raise your Vibrations; Class 101



The law of nature states that everything has a vibration. If you've taken a chemistry class you probably remember learning about atoms, and that everything in the world and universe (as we know it) is made up of atoms. Are bodies are made up of billions of microscopic atoms. An atom itself is made up of three tiny kinds of particles called subatomic particles: protons, neutrons, and electrons. The protons and the neutrons make up the center of the atom called the nucleus and the electrons fly around above the nucleus in a small cloud. A molecular vibration occurs when atoms in a molecule are in periodic motion while the molecule as a whole has constant transnational and rotational motion. The frequency of the periodic motion is known as a vibration frequency. Atoms are in a constant state of motion, and depending on the speed of these atoms, things are appear as a solid, liquid, or gas. Sound is also a vibration and so are thoughts. On a side note; everything that manifests itself in your life is there because it matches the vibration from your thoughts.

 I have listed a few things that can help raise the vibrations of you body below.

Vegetables and fruits are always good for raising our vibrations. These are natural foods that vibrate high. Enjoying some fresh vegetables or fresh fruits help a great deal in your daily life; these foods are alive and natural healers. Fruit is a very important one, because it actually is your most natural vibration raising food which is designed and already prepared for consumption by Universal nature.

Natural water, like spring or filtered water, always helps raise our vibrations, especially when energized with intents. Place the intents of ascension in it when energizing your water, and feel it being released within your system when drinking it. It’s also a wonderful exercise to close your eyes while drinking, and imagine your energized water being loving light permeating every part of your system as it goes down and spreads out.

Mediation helps raise your vibrations; it also provides inner peace, and the answers needed for all our issues. It’s a form of stepping out of your life’s stream and merging with the Source to see things clearly. Like standing on a mountain top to truly see what’s going on in the valley below. It is important to take time every day to sit comfortably in a quite space and breathe in a balanced rhythm and enter non-thought, even if it is only for 5 minutes at a time. Longer periods of mediation are more beneficial in the long run but any little bit helps.

 Being with mother nature helps raise your vibrations. Take time to enjoy nature. Start by taking a walk in the park, and breathe. Feel and enjoy the spirit of nature, and take in the fresh air. Even to simply take a step outside your front or back door to take a few breaths can work wonders. Taking your shoes and socks off and standing in the dirt is a good way to ground your body and raise your vibrations.

 Lastly, doing what makes you feel happy helps raise your vibrations. If it makes you feel good, then do it. If it doesn’t affect or hurt another and makes you happy, then you should do it, because happiness is a higher state of being that assists in attracting all the positive things you desire in life. It lifts you up, and all things that lift you up are things that help you ascend. Namaste!
